Planting Intentions, Trusting the Cycles
A reflection on moving with life’s rhythms and trusting what is growing
Each cycle begins with a quiet stirring,
a call to align with the rhythm of your heart
and trust in the unfolding path before you.
Reflecting on the journey so far,
I see the seeds planted through small, intentional steps,
each one guided by my heart’s quiet wisdom.
It began with my heartful map letter of intent,
a quiet commitment to listen deeply and let my inner truth light the way.
Under the full Wolf Moon,
I howled for connection, releasing what weighed me down
and calling for deeper ties with myself, my loved ones,
and the world around me.
On the path, I walked with Angelica Root and Siberian Fir,
turning to their grounding and expansive energies to root myself in nature,
to breathe deeply, and to feel supported by their wisdom.
Now, under the new moon’s gentle light,
I take the next step.
This moment feels like an invitation to pause,
to plant seeds of intention,
and to imagine the life I wish to nurture in the cycles ahead.
Perhaps your journey is unfolding in ways that feel similar,
or maybe you’re just beginning to listen for your heart’s rhythm.
Wherever you are,
may this moment offer you the space to imagine,
to dream, and to trust the seeds you are planting.
Imbolc arrives alongside the new moon,
a celebration of renewal, light,
and the first stirrings of life beneath the surface.
This alignment reminds me that even the smallest steps
can lead to places of wonder and awe.
I don’t always know where the path will take me.
But as I plant these seeds of connection,
small, nurturing actions that sustain me,
I trust the wisdom of my heart to guide me forward.
Growth doesn’t occur by force.
It begins with a gentle intention—
to see the path before us,
to listen to the quiet whispers of our hearts,
to feel the steady rhythm of each step,
and to trust that the journey will lead us
to places of wonder and awe.
With much love & appreciation,
Claudia 💛✨
